Shipping Policy

At Aurora's Blendz, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase or registering for our workshops or courses.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.
  • We cannot be held accountable for packages sent to the wrong address due to errors in the shipping information entered by the customer.
  • If the package has already been shipped to an incorrect address:
    • Customers may repurchase the items at a 50% discount.
  • If the customer catches the address error before the package is shipped, we will gladly update the shipping address. However, customers must notify us immediately.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

  • Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.
    • This includes errors made by the shipping carrier, stolen packages, or mishandling during transit.
  • If your package is stolen or damaged after delivery, we can offer a discount to repurchase those items. However, we do not accept responsibility for the package once it has left our warehouse.
