Solidago canadensis

Goldenrod is a bright, golden-flowered meadow herb long used by Native American and European herbalists. Its botanical name, Solidago, means "to make whole." Though often blamed for seasonal sniffles, it is actually insect-pollinated and has a rich history as a supportive herb for the urinary and respiratory systems.

Flavor & Aroma: Mildly bitter, slightly drying and grassy, with a light floral note.
