Horny Goat Weed, or Yin Yang Huo, is a leafy herb used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries. Legend says a goat herder noticed his flock became especially lively after grazing on the plant, which earned it its memorable name. It remains a popular herb for supporting vitality, stamina and desire.
