Guayusa is a holly tree native to the Ecuadorian Amazon, where the Kichwa people traditionally brew it before dawn and share stories and dream interpretations around the fire. Its leaves contain natural caffeine balanced by calming compounds, creating a clear, focused energy without the jitters often associated with coffee.
