How to Use

• Baking: Add to shortbread, lemonade, honey, syrups and frostings.
• Blends: Pair with chamomile, lemon balm, rose or Earl Grey.

Good to Know

Use sparingly in tea, as large amounts can taste soapy. Talk with your provider if you take sedatives.
